At Spotlite Koncepts, we strive to provide valuable services and learning experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your spot for services, events, or courses and cannot be transferred to another individual.
2. Courses & Trainings
Refunds for courses or trainings are only granted under the following circumstances:
If the instructor cancels the course.
If the participant has a verified medical issue that prevents attendance. A physician’s note must be provided.
If neither of these applies, refunds will not be issued. Instead, a credit may be applied toward a future course or service within 6 months.
3. Services & Events
Payments made for services or event bookings are non-refundable unless Spotlite Koncepts cancels the service or event.
If you are unable to attend, a credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Spotlite Koncepts.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Credits issued must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date.
